international weld overlay cladding contractor and provider
of quality assured fabrications.
We maintain a comprehensive range of welding processes at
our Gloucestershire factory,
including mechanised hot & cold wire TIG, pulsed GTAW & GMAW,
submerged arc and electro
slag. An extensive library of qualified weld procedures has
been established covering a wide
range of materials – both in conventional steels and
corrosion resistant alloys.
All work is carried out within a quality system that has
been approved to both BS EN ISO
9001 and the stringent specialist welding demands of BS EN
729-2.
A cornerstone of the company’s development is the high
calibre of its staff, which is
reflected in the award of the prestigious ‘Investors in
People’ title. The work of our
welders and fabricators is qualified to both European and
American codes and is
supported by metallurgical, welding and quality engineers
qualified to degree and
Masters level. We also offer consultancy services covering
design, metallurgy and
welding.
