The development of high quality skilled staff is recognised as critical to the company's development, which is reflected in achieving the prestigious 'Investors in People Award' in 2004. Our commitment to training continues with:
- Sessions in a range of key subject areas such as developing welding skills, health and safety awareness and management.
- Participation in the DTI sponsored Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Exeter University. Two graduate engineers are currently working on production engineering and design development projects.

Our welders and fabricators are qualified to both European and American codes, supported by Chartered Engineers with Degree and Masters level qualifications, in metallurgy, welding and quality management, with a network of industry contacts extending to operating companies, engineering and pipeline installation contractors, research and test laboratories.
