Arc Energy Resources
Ltd is a privately owned specialist welding engineering
company established in 1994. It is now a leading international
weld overlay cladding contractor and provider of quality assured
fabrications.
Our
mechanised weld overlay workstations are contained in a dedicated
1000m² workshop equipped with 15 tonne gantry cranes.
Work pieces are manipulated on positioners and rolls with
capacities of 1-12 Tonnes. Further units provide 1000m²
dedicated to clad and solid CRA fabrication, main reception,
board room and offices
We design and build our
own weld overlay workstations. State of the art welding control
systems are designed to suit our specialised requirements
and provide increases production capacity whilst retaining
flexibility.
All
work is carried out within a quality management system that
has been approved to both BS EN ISO 9001 and the stringent
specialist welding demands of ISO 3834-2. We also hold ASME
U and R stamp accreditation.
The company has expanded
over recent years and now employs around 60 people.
