Arc Energy Resources Appoint Paul Weaving as General Manager of Company's Machine Shop
Arc Energy Resources Ltd is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Weaving as General Manager of the company’s machine shop, CLG Engineering Ltd.
Based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire, CLG Engineering offer CNC milling and turning services to clients based in various sectors including the oil & gas, rail and nuclear industries. Arc Energy acquired CLG Engineering in 2016, with the strategic aim of supplementing key welding engineering activities.
Paul’s new role will see him managing the machine shop. Amongst other duties, he will be responsible for quoting new work, supervision of staff and scheduling of workload.
Paul is an ideal candidate to fill the role, given his previous experience in new product development at Helander Precision Engineering. He has a strong technical and production background, with excellent programming skills, and will be continuing his management training via ILM.
