Arc Energy Resources has a proven track record in specialist corrosion resistant welding and fabrications work for the Naval Defence industry.
From first stage engineering prototypes to complete BoMs (Bill of Materials), Arc Energy has the in-depth knowledge and understanding to provide a specific appreciation of job demands and requirements. We are experienced in dealing with the Marking Scheme applied to documents and correspondence containing sensitive nuclear defence information, published by the UK Government.
In 2017 we became an approved supplier to Rolls Royce for welding and, as part of their approval process, undertook an extensive series of audits and were assessed in terms of quality systems, manufacturing and technical capability, financial stability, cleanliness and ability to deliver on time, for the right price. Quality and innovation have always been the bedrock of success for Arc Energy and this accolade gives us further familiarity for our work in the defence sector; providing our highly skilled team access to even more opportunities, which requires specialist welding technologies for deep sea and high pressure environments.
We have created a dedicated clean room, audited and approved by Rolls-Royce, to house Arc Energy’s latest investments in CNC robotic welding and cladding. As well as ISO 9001:2015, we hold ISO 3834-2 covering quality requirements for Welding, Fusion Welding of Metallic Materials, Part 2, Comprehensive Quality Requirements and have also been deemed Fit4Nuclear (F4N) by Nuclear AMRC, showing that the company is competent to apply its weld overlay cladding services to components destined for the nuclear defence supply chain.
Whether you are looking for specialist marine pressure valves or corrosive resistant pipework, we can help at every stage of the process. Our team of highly skilled project managers and welding engineers will work with you to provide a full range of services, from design and procurement of materials to NDT, inspection, coating and delivery.
