The company has been supplying the Water & Wastewater industry with fabrications for a number of years, primarily manufactured from 300 series austenitic stainless steel within the company’s dedicated stainless steel workshop. Key fabrication and welding activities are supported by in-house heat treatment, rolling, press brake, NC plasma profiling, NDT, FARO Arm inspection, PMI and bead blast facilities, enabling us to meet tight production schedules.

Highly qualified and experienced engineers are available to offer project management services, ranging from technical expertise and procurement, right through to delivery and documentation.

Specialist Welding Solutions

We fabricate spools, pressure vessels, storm drains and flow control units, with all our work carried out in accordance with our quality management system certified to ISO 9001 and our welding management system certified to ISO 3834-2.

Meanwhile, we can utilise our corrosion resistant weld overlay cladding knowledge to form a protective barrier inside pipelines, large bore valves, flanges and specialist fabrications. This process can be used in power turbines to protect the inside of pipes against the corrosive effects of forced falling water, salts and other detritus.

Through combining core activities of fabrication and weld overlay cladding, we are able to deliver a fully integrated project management service, providing savings in both production time and costs.
